Knitting

Dyeing

AZO free dyes, imported from Germany or Japan, along with the latest dyeing machines, Fongs from Hong Kong Theis from Germany ensure consistent and perfect dyeing results. Stringent supervision during operating phases, like monitoring of PH levels, temperature levels, liquor ratios and process timings are in place to guarantee lustrous and exact color match.
Shrinkage Control
World renowned Tube Tex from USA is used to achieve maximum shrinkage control that surpasses all stated shrinkage requirements.
Finishing
Finishing line comprises of Ballooning Hydro Extractor, Maurice Heliot from France, Hydro extractors and Horizontal Wave dryers. The final output is even and consistently aligned fabric with an enormously soft hand feel.
